Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all brand tags are included to pass our mandatory quality inspection.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or your exchanged product will be dispatched.
